Credit and Insurance History Guide available in eGov Mobile

A new service, Credit and Insurance History Guide, was launched on eGov Mobile. Users can now track their credit and insurance history and assess their overall creditworthiness online.

The service consists of two sections: "Loans" and "Insurance", which provide up-to-date information on loans and insurance previously received by the user based on data from State Credit Bureau JSC.

In the "Loans" section, the user is provided with a credit history report for the last five years, information on active credit obligations and a score (an indicator of the user's level of creditworthiness). It is based on credit history data and helps users assess their creditworthiness. It should be noted that the score is purely informative and is intended to help the user assess his or her credit behaviour.

In the "Insurance" section, the user can access a general report on insurance contracts and policies already concluded, as well as information on the bonus-malus class that affects the cost of compulsory car insurance.

If there are any questions about the information received, the user should contact the lender or insurance company directly.

All the new service capabilities are provided free-of-charge, making the "Credit and Insurance History Guide" available to eGov Mobile users.

To get the service, the user needs to:

  • log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Other services" section and select "Credit and Insurance History Guide";
  • grant consent to the use of personal data;
  • familiarize with information on loans and insurance contracts;
  • download a credit and/or insurance report;
  • if necessary, save files to your smartphone.

The new service was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and State Credit Bureau JSC.
