Daulet Bekmanov has been elected Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC

Today, following the decision of the Board of Directors, Daulet Bekmanov was elected Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.
Daulet Bekmanov was born in 1983. He has more than 15 years of experience, including more than 10 years in management positions in the sphere of automation of public services and in the field of information technologies.
In 2004 he graduated from Miras Private University with a degree in Informatics, and in 2010 he graduated from M.A. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University with a degree in State and Local Administration.
He started his career in 2005 as a Systems Engineer at Media Soft Astana LLP. From October 2006 to October 2011, he worked as a Specialist in the Department of Information Archival Technologies of the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a Leading Specialist at the Centre for Health Investment Project Management LLP and as a Chief Analyst at National Information Technologies JSC.
From October 2011 to September 2018, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Agency for Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From September 2018 to February 2020, Deputy Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC.
From February 2020 to May 2023, Chairman of the State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Managed the policy formation in the sphere of public services, their optimisation and automation, ensuring the functioning of the e-Government portal, as well as the activities of the Public Service Centres.
From May 2023 to July 2025, he was Managing Director for Postal Services and Government Services at Kazpost JSC. He was responsible for the project to provide government services through post offices, the development of rural offices, as well as the coordination of work in the areas of written correspondence, printed publications, hybrid e-mail and special communications.
