Now, Kazakhstani citizens can get a certificate of no criminal record for their children through the eGov Mobile application. This service is available to parents and legal guardians of minors.

Users can choose the certificate format: in electronic form or in paper form with an apostille. If you choose a certificate with an apostille, you will need to specify the branch of the Public Corporation and pay the national duty.

Certificate of no criminal record can be required at the place of demand or when applying for a visa to another state, when applying for a residence permit and when being granted citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or when recovering or renouncing it.

To get the service, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to "Job Placement and Employment" section.
2. Select "Certificate of no criminal record" and fill-in the required fields.
3. Sign an application using Face ID/Touch ID.

You can check the public service delivery result in the history available in personal account. The service will take 10 minutes to complete and up to 5 working days if additional verification is required. Certificates required to travel abroad can also take up to 5 working days.

Obtaining a certificate of no criminal record has long been one of the most popular services on the eGov.kz portal and in the eGov Mobile app. During the entire period, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan made more than 30 million requests for the service.

The new capability update was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the General Prosecutor's Office, the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
