Kazakhstani citizens can refuse to get bank loans indefinitely via the eGov.kz portal

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan can now use the service on the eGov.kz portal to voluntarily refuse to get bank loans and microloans for an unlimited period.

Only a citizen himself/herself can apply for the service. The ban on getting loans and microloans is set for an indefinite period. The user can also lift the restrictions on obtaining loans at any time. To do this, you should submit an application for early termination of the service delivery on the eGov.kz portal.

To get the service, the user needs to:

- sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to "Customs and Taxes" section;

- select the "Economics and Finance" section from the list and the service "Voluntary refusal to receive bank loans, microloans";

- fill-in the required fields and sign an application using DS;

- view the service delivery result in the personal account.

To lift the previously set restrictions, the user needs to:

- select the service "Voluntary refusal to receive bank loans, microloans";

 - answer "Yes" to the "Do you want to unsubscribe?" question and sign the application using one of the available signing methods.

It should be noted that this service was introduced as part of the amendments to the legal acts providing for the consolidation of the individual's right to exclude voluntary refusal to get bank loans and microloans. The service became available thanks to the State Services Committee under the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the First Credit Bureau LLP and National Information Technologies JSC.
