National Information Technologies JSC under Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of RK performed works on implementation of online service at eGov.kz for the convenience of parents bringing up young athletes.

Previously, to enroll to specialized institutions for athletes, one had to apply to educational organizations, submit documents in paper, including applications, awards and orders certifying achievements in sport as well as statements. Now, one can submit an application online at egov.kz and enclose all the required documents. A parent, legal representative or an individual aged 18 can order the service using digital signature.

To submit an application on e-Gov Portal (egov.kz ) one needs to:

- select “Tourism and Sports” section, go to “Sport for the Public” tab and click “Acceptance of documents to the republican specialized residential schools/colleges of Olympic Reserve and regional residential schools for gifted children”;

- fill in the mandatory fields;

- enclose documents in pdf, jpeg, jpg format;

- sign a request using SMS-code or digital signature.

Upon successful processing of request, a notification on its execution will be sent by a government agency to Personal Account.

It should be reminded that today there are about 10 services in the field of tourism and sports at eGov.kz portal, including: assignment of athletic titles and categories, payment of lifetime monthly financial security to athletes and coaches, etc.
