Now it is possible on eGov.kz to check for whom debt loans will be decreased

National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching a new service called “Checking a status to participate in program to decrease debt load” on eGov.kz portal.

Now, each user can check whether he/she is eligible for debt load decrease measures by selecting a corresponding field in service module. The information can be obtained on e-Gov Portal without the necessity to leave a place of living. 

It should be reminded that to obtain the service, you should be registered on eGov.kz portal.

It should be mentioned, that the service is of an informational nature. 

As it is known, on June 26, 2019, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed an Order “On Measures Aimed at Decreasing Debt Load of Kazakhstani Citizens”, which is aimed to deliver timely decrease in debt load for Kazakhstani citizens who found themselves in difficult life situation. 

The right for decrease in debt load can be granted to the following categories of citizens with unsecured consumption loans (as of June 26, 2019):

1.  large families;

2.  families obtaining payments due to loss of breadwinner;

3.  families with disabled children and lifelong disabled people over 18 years old;

4.  recipients of targeted social assistance;

5.  orphans;

6.  children left without parents, who has not reached the age of 29 and children who lost parents until coming of age.

Nevertheless, sum of total debt for consumption loan should not exceed KZT 3 million as of June 1, 2019.
