Now, the Telegram bot provides services in Kazakh

On May 21, at the Reporting Meeting on outcomes from 2017 and plans for 2018, Chairman of the Board of National Information Technologies JSC Asset Turyssovtold about launching theTelegram bot developed by the Company professionals.

Launching this messenger is aimed at simplifying the procedure in citizens’ obtaining the popular eGov.kz services.

During the past week, the Company professionals accomplished a number of works which resulted in the bot’s taking the new name(@EgovKzBot). Also,the bot is now available with interface in Kazakh.

A week before the launch of services viaTelegram bot, 2135 people had subscribed for @EgovKzBot.

Total number of requests was 3222.

Currently, the Company is working at enlarging the list of services, and obtainment of most popular abstracts/certificates will be possible at any time.

To obtain popular services via@EgovKzBot, a user needs to subscribe for Bot, i.e. press the “Start” button in the chat and permit usage of his/her mobile number (“Share the phone number” button). Subject to having been registered in the “Mobile Citizens Database”, the Bot capabilities will be available to user, such as obtaining abstracts of residential address, abstracts of individual’s participating in legal entities, certificates of no criminal record, or of ownership/non-ownership of real estate.

To request for them, user needs to send commands by pressing the relevant buttons in the chat. Also, the service result (e-abstract/certificate) can be sent to user’s email. To that effect, user should send his/her email address to the chat.
