Today, according to the decision of the Board of Directorsof “Zerde” National Infocommunication Holding” JSC, Rostislav Konyashkin was appointed as the Chairman of the Management Board of “National Information Technologies” JSC.

Rostislav Konyashkin was born on September 4, 1989 in Zhambyl region. Graduated from Moscow State University named after M. V. Lomonosov, a specialist mathematician.

Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. He holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from the Eurasian National University after L. N. Gumilyov. Certified project management professional.

From 2012 to 2020, he worked in various companies, including JSC "Information and Analytical Center", JSC " National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise "of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, NСO "GC"Government for Citizens".

Since February 2020, he has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He oversawsuch issues as the automation of public services, the development of digital document services, remote receipt of EDS, including the egov mobile application, the launch of public services on popular platforms, bringing the level of automation of public services to 90%, reducing references, and the introduction of cloud document management.
