Service for recognition of educational documents available on the eGov.kz portal

Now users can apply for the service of recognition of documents on higher/ secondary/ technical and post-secondary education via the e-Gov portal online. This allows users to confirm the authenticity of previously received educational documents.

When getting the service, the user can obtain a certificate recognizing the authenticity of a previously lost document, receive a duplicate of it, or confirm the authenticity of education received abroad. The service applies to documents certifying obtainment of education in Kazakhstan and abroad.

The service is available for two categories of documents: documents on secondary/technical and vocational, post-secondary education, as well as higher and postgraduate education.

The service can be obtained in 5 clicks:

- log in on the eGov.kz Portal;

- go to the "Education" section;

- from the list of services, select the required document category: "Recognition of documents on secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education" or "Recognition of documents on higher and postgraduate education";

- fill-in all the required fields and upload the files;

- sign the service using a digital signature or an SMS password (registration in the Mobile Citizens Database is required);

- familiarize yourself with a notification on the application processing status in a personal account, which will be sent within the specified time period.

Note that the service is also available offline in the offices of "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation.
