National Information Technologies JSC and Ministry of Healthcare of RoK have implemented an online questionnaire service for preliminary detection of COVID-19 symptoms without visiting a medical organization in eGovMobile app (e-Gov Portal). 

The online service for coronavirus symptoms self-diagnosis is located on the homepage of eGovMobile app as a button “COVID-19 symptoms questionnaire” and available in three languages (Kazakh, Russian and English). 

During the emergency situation, Kazakhstani citizens have obtained over 8.2 million public services. The most popular ones are obtainment of digital signature online and submission of application for a benefit “42500”.

However, there is a number of other public services which are also popular among citizens.  

We outlined the most popular public services with brief information on how to obtain them.  

Kazakhstani citizens staying abroad can call to the Integrated Call Center (1414) via online audio call. 

To call 1414 free-of-charge, a user needs to open egov.kz portal and in the lower right corner click “Virtual Consultant” widget. In pop-up window, click the icon represented by headphones and make a call.

To contact an operator via virtual consultant, one needs to have a microphone and headphones.

Now, one can estimate cadastral value, obtain information on a land plot condition and approve a plan of land plot under design on eGov.kz portal online.

To obtain the service, a user needs to go to the Portal and in “Real Estate” tab select one of the three services. Then, sign in and fill in a request pursuant to the step-by-step process stated on the Portal.
