Kazakhstani citizens can use eGov.kz portal to digitize previously received college diplomas and secondary school certificates

Service for digitization of educational documents available on the eGov.kz portal. Citizens can now not only correct incorrect data, but also request the creation of a digital version of the document. The service is available subject to the availability of a scan copy of a previously received diploma.

The public service «Updating (correction) of information about educational documents» has been extended. Previously, the service only allowed the correction of incorrect information, but now it is possible to request the digitization of an educational document.

To get the service, the user needs to:

  • sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the «For Citizenry» - «Education» section;
  • select the service «Updating (correction) of information about education documents» and click «Request Online» button;
  • select the type of application «Digitization of information about education documents», type of education document and attach a scan copy of the education;
  • service delivery result will be available in the personal account – «History of Services Received»

The digitization of educational documents is carried out in stages. Currently, documents on secondary, technical and vocational education issued between 1980 and 2023 are being digitized. The public service delivery term is 5 working days.

If the documents or data submitted are found to be unreliable, the service delivery may be refused.

Baityrsynuly.
