Legal guardians can now obtain property certificates for their wards on the eGov.kz portal
Legal guardians of minor children, incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult citizens can now use the eGov.kz portal to obtain certificates on the availability of real estate and the titles (encumbrances) registered on it. This service facilitates the process of obtaining information about real estate and makes it more accessible to different categories of citizens.
The public service is now available to third parties, namely the legal guardians of children under the age of 18 (including those under custody and guardianship) and legal guardians of incapacitated or partially incapacitated adults.
The Form-6 certificate confirms the availability or absence of real estate in the name of an applicant, and the Form-2 certificate contains information about the ownership of the object and availability of encumbrances, such as arrest or collateral. This information is required for various legal and administrative procedures, such as property transactions, obtaining loans, participating in housing programmes and much more.
To get a certificate, a legal guardian needs to:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to the «Real Estate» section – «Purchasing, selling, renting»;
- select the relevant service: «F-6 certificate (on the availability of real estate)» or «F-2 certificate (on the absence of encumbrances, collateral, arrest of real estate)»;
- in the «Get the service» section, select «For a child (under 18 years of age, including those under custody or guardianship)» or «Legal guardian (for incapacitated or partially incapacitated adults)»;
- fill-in the required fields;
- sign an application using one of the available methods.
You can familiarize yourself with the public service delivery result in the personal account.
The service was implemented thanks to the joint work of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
