New public services available on e-Gov Portal

National Information Technologies JSC informs of launching new public services on e-Gov Portal.

Now, via e-Gov Portal citizens can submit an application for assignment of social payment to participants of statutory social insurance system during emergency situation period, and also submit an application for registration of unemployed citizen.

Moreover, besides implementing new services we also facilitated some processes of service delivery. For example, due to multiple requests from citizens in social media, we facilitated the process of electronic application submission via “Electronic requests” service for obtainment of social payment (KZT 42.500), in particular, “Public service name” field is now not mandatory for fill-in as it is this field which caused difficulties and often was filled in incorrectly.

It means that in “Content” field a user can indicate/select “Assignment of social payment to participants of statutory social insurance system during emergency situation period”, then select a region as well as relevant branch of Labour and Social Programs Office (central office or branch in your region).

It should be noted that to submit an electronic application user should have a valid digital signature which can be obtained online. Working schedule of CSC staff involved in the process of digital signature remote issuance is Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM, Saturday from 09:00 AM to 02:00 PM, Sunday is a day off.

Today, public services can be obtained:

1. via egov.kz portal: www.egov.kz;

2. via Facebook and VKontakte messengers (similar to messaging with another person);

3. via Telegram-Bot: @EgovKzBot2.0;

4. via eGovMobile app (AppStore/GooglePlay).

Consultations are also rendered via Facebook and VKontakte messengers and Integrated Call Center (1414).
