A new digital document – «College diploma» is available in the eGov Mobile application.

A college diploma is a document certifying that its owner has a vocational secondary education. Now, a citizen having a smartphone with the eGov Mobile application installed, can provide a digitized version of the document.

«Digital Documents section is one of the achievements of the eGov Mobile application. Thanks to the service, digital documents are always ready at hand. Now college graduates can also get a digital document format through the eGov Mobile app. Previously, eGov Mobile users got access to diplomas of higher educational institutions. This considerably facilitates the process of obtaining and submitting the necessary documents,» commented Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

To find a digital document, you need to log in to the app, click «Digital Documents» on the homepage. A user can open access to a document using a QR code or a 6-digit code, which will help a requesting party to verify authenticity (Figure - 1).

A digital document is similar to an original copy of a document. Today, Digital Documents service contains 27 documents, including a national ID, a driving license, a passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, etc.

The mobile app is available on the App Store for iOS users and in the Play Market and App Gallery for Android users.

The service was implemented thanks to cooperation of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information and Ion Technologies JSC.
