National Information Technologies JSC informs on the launch of a new service on eGov.kz portal, which enables checking individuals entries.

The service allows citizens digitalizing and checking the relevance of archival entries for all 7 Civil Registry Office events (including those made before 2008): birth, death, marriage, divorce, adoption, paternity testing and   change of name, surname or patronymic name.

Now, to digitalize missing information or to change incorrect one, it is enough to send scanned copies of documents via eGov.kz portal clicking https://egov.kz/services/SR.18/.

For instance, if you check your children`s birth entries and find incorrect entries in sections containing information about a child (surname, name, patronymic name, nationality, date of birth, data about mother and father), you can now update information enclosing scanned copies of documents. 

The service delivery result is information on the status of Civil Registry Office IS data update. The service delivery term is 1 working day and the service is delivered free of charge. The service can be found on the e-Gov portal homepage.
