A capability to submit a request for assignment of social payment in the event of income loss due to pregnancy and childbirth was restored on e-Gov Portal. 

"We constantly provide feedback, analyze it and based on the result we are tyring to enhance our services. That is why,due to a high demand, we decided to restore the capability to submit an application for assignment of social payment in the event of income loss due to pregancy and childbirth online" commented Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

The eGov.kz users registered on the Portal, who have a digital signature can pay for fines online. The service is available to individuals. 

“The benefit of online payment for fines is that a user can familiarize with a violation and pay for it and a receipt will be kept in Personal Account. Moreover, there is a capability available to get a photo of violation, which will help to assure the legitimacy of an imposed fine” told Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

The 24 services, majority of which involve assignment of benefits or social assistance to citizens of the country, became available on e-Gov Portal. 

“Taking into consideration the importance of support to vulnerable social groups and considering the current situation, it was decided to return 24 services of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Citizens aimed at delivery of social assistance to citizens into online format. Now, the services can be obtained online” marked Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

A capability to make an amendment in case of any mistakes in “Register of Real Property” National Database Information System became available on e-Gov Portal. 

“Previously, to make an amendment to data on real property one had to visit CSC, so we decided to facilitate the procedure by enablingeGov.kz users to inform on an error via ordering the amendment service and enclosing a copy of entitlement document” marked Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC. 

Seven new services such as referralfor hospitalization to in-patient clinic, statement of registration as unemployed, statement of military service status, etc. can be obtained via smartphone. 

Now, in eGovMobile app one can find out which medicines and medical products can be obtained free-of-charge during out-patient treatment.  Also, a new digital document is available called “Electronic technical passport of real property”.

“We are seeking to increase the number of useful services for citizens. At the moment, there are 37 healthcare services available on eGov.kz portal and our goal is to implement them in eGovMobile app”marked Asset Turyssov, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.
