In anticipation of future challenges, we are rethinking our HR strategy with a focus on digitizing processes, developing people and reinforcing corporate values.

At the core of our strategy is a balance between business efficiency and people-centricity. We are automating HR processes, developing competency models and introducing new ways of interacting. This will create a working environment where people can grow, develop and contribute to our collective success.

Our HR initiatives cover all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from adaptation to career development. We are expanding performance reviews, introducing flexible benefits and improving mentoring programmes. New digital solutions, including HR chatbots and analytics, will help us increase transparency and improve the efficiency of interactions.
