Application for enrollment to Master's Degree, residency or doctoral program can be submitted online via eGov.kz portal

In the period from December 26, 2023 to January 10, 2024, online acceptance of documents for enrollment to postgraduate education organizations is conducted through the eGov.kz portal. Online submission is available both for those who have educational grants and those who apply for paid tuition.

To submit an application, one needs to log in to the eGov.kz portal:

  1. Go to the section: "For Citizenry" - "Education" - "Postgraduate education";
  2. Select the service called "Acceptance of documents and enrollment in organizations of higher and (or) postgraduate education for training in educational programs of postgraduate education."

The list of required documents:

- a scan copy of diploma of higher education or certificate on completion of internship (for admission to the residency);

- a scan copy of certificate in foreign language proficiency (English, French, German) depending on a program (TOEFL, IELTS, DSH, DALF, TCF) (if available);

- a scan copy of a document confirming employment (for individuals with work experience);

- a photo (3x4 cm);

- a medical certificate in the 075/y form.

The service is provided free-of-charge by an organization of higher and postgraduate education. 

It is also possible to submit documents through university admission committees.
