The new service is available in the eGov Mobile application for civilian personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in need of military-provided housing. It is now possible to join the waiting list for housing not only through the e-Gov portal, but also via smartphones.

A new service is available in the eGov Mobile application for organizations registered on the enbek.kz portal. Now users can sign labor contracts with their employers not only on paper, but also from their smartphones.

The service of issuing a licence for providing disinfection/ disinsection and deratization services in the field of healthcare was automated on the elicense.kz portal. A license can be obtained by both legal entities and individuals registered as individual entrepreneurs.

Representatives of small and medium businesses will be able to get public services using the eGov Business mobile application. The application is available for download in the App Store and Play Market and supports iOS and Android mobile devices.

The eGov.kz portal has already automated over 90% of all the public services. Given the high demand for services available through the smartphones, special attention is paid to the development of the eGov Mobile application. The number of registered users of the eGov portal and the eGov Mobile application is more than 14 million citizens, of which more than 1.2 million have been registered since the beginning of this year.

The Ministry of Justice in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC, announces the launch of the "Digital Power of Attorney for a Legal Entity" service in the eGov Business mobile application.

The service facilitates and accelerates the process of powers of attorney provision by heads of organizations to their employees.

Do not forward messages with codes sent from 1414 to third parties to avoid becoming a victim of fraud. 

Offenders can use the code from the message to gain access to your digital data, leaving you vulnerable to fraud.

It should also be highlighted that by transferring your digital signature to third parties, you provide them the capability of a legal signature, and you will be held responsible for the consequences.

HOW CAN YOU PROTECT YOUR DATA?

Users can submit an online application for acceptance of documents in the organization of technical and vocational, post-secondary education on the eGov.kz portal. The launch of the service will speed up and facilitate the application process for admission to colleges and other educational institutions.

Now, Kazakhstani citizens can get a certificate of no criminal record for their children through the eGov Mobile application. This service is available to parents and legal guardians of minors.

Users can choose the certificate format: in electronic form or in paper form with an apostille. If you choose a certificate with an apostille, you will need to specify the branch of the Public Corporation and pay the national duty.
