To get the service, you need to register on the elicense.kz portal, then go to "Services of government agencies" - "Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" tab, or enter the name of the service in the "Search for services" - "Issuance of a sanitary and epidemiological inspection report on the compliance of an object of high epidemiological significance with a regulatory legal act in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population", after click "Order the Service Online", select the required licensor and fill-in all the necessary data in an application form.

The public service delivery term is 13 working days. The public service delivery result is sent to the personal account ("History of applications and obtained services" module and after to the "My permits" section). If an application was rejected, a substantiated refusal is kept in "My applications" module.
