New social service available on eGov.kz portal and eGov mobile app
A new service for assigning social benefits for people with special needs is available on eGov.kz portal and in eGov mobile app. Now there is no need to collect numerous papers and certificates to apply for benefit.
Convenience and advantages of the new service is that when receiving the service online, all data about an applicant is taken automatically from the database of government agencies. If you enter the data correctly, confirming information will be displayed on the screen.
Previously, a similar service was provided only in CSCs and departments of medical and social expertise on paper, which took a lot of time and caused inconveniences when applying for benefits.
"The NIT JSC team continues to work on digitalization of public services for people with special needs, which are in demand. Previously, in order to get disability payments, it was necessary to submit certificates on paper, now the process of receiving the service is facilitated, it is enough for a user to check the data for authenticity and sign the service. All the necessary information is taken from the databases of government agencies automatically", said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.
To get the new service "Assignment of social benefits in case of disability" through the eGov.kz portal, users need to:
- log in on the eGov.kz Portal;
- on the homepage, select "For Citizenry" - "Social Security" - "Support for People with Disabilities" section;
- select the service "Assignment of social benefit in case of disability";
- order the service online;
- sign the service using digital signature.
Service delivery term:
- 8 working days;
In personal account (in the "History of Obtained Services") familiarize with a generated electronic document and notification on the service delivery status.

Also, a similar service is available in the eGov mobile application in "Benefits and pensions" section. The information is sent to the "Notifications" section in the eGov Mobile app.
The service was implemented thanks to the integration of information systems of the Public Services Committee under MDDIAI of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
