The agreement was signed during the Digital Almaty 2025 Forum. The strategic agreement between National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) and Zehn.ai aims to create and develop a joint laboratory for innovation in the field of public technologies and digital transformation.

As a result of the signing of the agreement, laboratories will be created that will become a unique platform for testing and implementing new technological solutions in the field of GovTech and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Zehn.ai - a technology company that develops AI-based solutions focused on automating business processes, improving decision making and increasing efficiency in various fields. The company develops business tools that use AI and machine learning to optimize operations and improve customer engagement.

The GovTech joint innovation laboratory will not only be a place to test new solutions, but also a centre for the development and implementation of advanced technologies, including artificial intelligence and other high-tech digital solutions. This, in turn, will contribute to the creation of new smart and digital systems that will help improve the efficiency of public services, enhance the quality of services provided and accelerate the processes of digital transformation in the public sector.

“The agreement with Zehn.ai opens up new horizons for us in the implementation of innovative projects on an international level. We intend to focus on developing collaborative solutions for automation, data analytics, chatbots and other AI technologies that help improve processes of various kinds. Our joint innovation lab will be the foundation for this," said Bayan Konirbayev, Chairman of the Board, NITEC.

In addition, as part of the agreement, the parties plan to launch educational programmes that will allow participants to deepen their knowledge in the field of GovTech.
