Now, when submitting electronic invoices, there is a capability available on the State Revenue Committee website to sign a document using eGov QR in eGov mobile.

The new capability enables taxpayers signing electronic documents on the esf.gov.kz website, as well as log-in on the website. To date, the capability is only available for individuals.

"We are constantly expanding the number of state portals and other websites delivering public services as well as the list of services which you can sign using eGov QR in eGov Mobile. This alternative method of signing allows you not to store digital signature keys on USB drives or other media, all you need to do is register in the eGov Mobile app," said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

To try the new capabilities, the eGov mobile users need to:

- log in to the app (if you have previously logged in, you can log in to the app using Face ID, Touch ID or a short code);

- on the esf.gov.kz portal, select the type of signing - "QR code";

- scan eGov QR and sign;

Upon successful processing of the request, "Signing completed successfully!" will be displayed on the mobile phone screen.

The new capability was implemented thanks to the integration of information systems of the State Revenue Committee under Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
