In the first six months of 2017, over 18 million services have been delivered to citizens. “Getting information on receipt and flow of funds from Integrated Accumulative Pension Fund (IAPF) depositor” service is in TOP-5 popular services rendered via e-Gov portal.  In the first six months of 2017, the service has been delivered 1,426 237 times.

The most popular service is the issuance of statements of residence (over 10 million), the 2nd and 3rd positions are occupied by abstracts of registered title/encumbrances to real estate for individuals (over 2 million) and abstracts of ownership/non-ownership of real estate (over 2 million) while  the service on information delivery to IAPF depositors is in the 4th position. The 5th position is occupied by certificate of no criminal record (855 114).

It should also be noted that, as compared to the similar period in the previous year, the total sum of payments made via e-Gov payment gateway increased by 1.4 billion. In the first six months 2017, the sum amounts to KZT 7.7 billion.

It should be reminded that 237 various services are available on the e-Gov portal today (www.egov.kz).
