Now, 6 services for the disabled previously delivered only by the Employment and Social Programs Departments of local executive bodies, were transferred into online format and now available on the e-Gov Portal.

Thus, apart from 18 existing online services, 6 more services became available, such as: provision of sign language specialist, individual assistant, sanatorium and resort treatment, aids for the hearing and visually impaired and compulsory hygienic products, wheelchairs and prosthetic and orthopedic aid.

“Implementation of the services is priority to us. Our goal is to provide the Kazakhstani disabled with capability to get the required services online. We comprehend the responsibility and in cooperation with the Minister of Labour will take all the required actions to enhance provision of the services” highlighted BagdatMussin, Minister of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry. 

To submit a request for the services on the Portal, one needs to select a relevant service, required technical rehabilitation aids and supplier of services depending on the needs and track the status of a request until complete execution of an individual rehabilitation program. It should be noted that when requesting the services, one can select home delivery and Kazpost couriers will make a delivery.

Moreover, 2 digital documents became available in eGovMobile app, which were implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, namely a pensioner's ID and kandas certificate.Now, Kazakhstani citizens who downloaded the appcan use 12 copies of the digital documents.
