The eGov mobile app sends out personalized PUSH notifications based on different real-life situations. New updates provide the capability to remind Kazakhstani citizens about upcoming milestones: retirement, enrollment and graduation, admission of a child to school, approval of applications at the e-Licensing portal and change of a head of a company.

"We proceed with proactive delivery of services to citizens, thus we have launched seven more PUSH notifications for different real-life situations. The processes help to notify people in advance and provide "invisible" services without the need of contacting government agencies. This way, we can notify Kazakhstani citizens about upcoming milestones in advance. In the long run, the number of such services will be increased, thereby we will be able to facilitate the delivery process for many public services", said Rostislav Konyashkin, Chairman of the Board, National Information Technologies JSC.

The PUSH notifications will be available for familiarization in the "Notifications" section of the mobile app. If the mobile app is not installed, but a phone number is specified in a personal account of the eGov.kz portal, a user will get an SMS with information on the receipt of a new notification from 1414 with a link to download the application.

It should be noted that the updates have been implemented within the framework of the Invisible Government concept introduced by the Head of State. That is, the state will offer Kazakhstani citizens the public services they need and support them at all stages of the life cycle.
