Issuance of a certificate for a specialist in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of population is available on elicense.kz portal
The service "Issuance of a certificate for a specialist in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of population" has been automated on elicense.kz portal. The service is available to individuals on a free-of-charge basis.
Now, pursuant to the Order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 18 as of January 27, 2023, medical workers who have underwent professional assessment of graduates of educational programs in the field of sanitary and epidemiological population and professional assessment of specialists conducted by an assessment organization, are allowed to be assessed as specialists in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of population in accordance with the Rules for Expertise Assessment.
To confirm the validity of a certificate, specialists with higher, postgraduate, secondary (technical and professional) education need to undergo advanced training in the claimed specialization in the total amount of at least 120 hours (4 credits) in accordance with the Rules of further education.
What is needed to apply for a certificate:
- electronic copy of certificate on course completion;
- form in accordance with Appendix 12 to the Rules;
- electronic copy of employment record if there is no data in information systems;
- electronic copy of professional assessment result issued by an assessment organization (including for a person who has received medical education abroad) if there is no data in information systems;
- electronic copy of a document on recognition and (or) nostrification of educational documents, issued in other countries and by international or foreign educational institutions (their branches) in accordance with the Order of the Acting Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- electronic copy of a diploma of higher, postgraduate, secondary (technical and vocational education if there is no data in information systems.
To get a specialist certificate, a user needs to fill-in an electronic application on elicense.kz portal. The public service delivery term is 10 working days.
The service delivery result is a permit document in the form of a specialist certificate, which is sent to a personal account and available in "My permits" module. If an application was rejected, a substantiated refusal is kept in "My applications" module.
The service was implemented thanks to the joint work of National Information Technologies JSC, the State Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
