Online transfer of children between schools available via eGov.kz

Parents and legal guardians can now transfer a child between schools online via the eGov.kz portal. The process of searching and choosing a general education organization is optimized based on the place of registration of a parent.

Parents and legal guardians can not only select a school in a microdistrict, but also any other educational organization outside its borders, if it meets their preferences. When selecting a general education organization, the user is also shown the language of instruction available at the selected school. The de-registration/registration certificates and the transfer of a personal file are no longer required under the new process. If necessary, an applicant may also withdraw an application.

To get the service, the user needs to:

- sign in to the eGov.kz portal and go to «Education» section;

- go to «Secondary Education» section and select the service «Acceptance of documents for transferring children between schools»;

- fill-in the required fields and sign an application using DS;

- view the service delivery result in the personal account.

The new service capability was launched thanks to the joint work of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with MDDIAI RK, «Taldau» National Center for Education Research and Evaluation named after Akhmet Baitursynuly and «National Information Technologies» JSC.
