Strategy and mission
National Information Technologies JSC presents the Development Strategy for 2025-2027, which defines the company's mission, vision, goals and objectives for the next three years. The document is aimed at strengthening the company's position as a leading developer and integrator of e-government solutions and improving the quality of public services.
The draft Strategy has been developed based on the Development Plan of National Information Technologies JSC for 2024-2033 (hereinafter - the Development Plan), approved by the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 1145 as of December 19 2023, and is fully consistent with the established goals and objectives.
The main areas set forth in the draft Strategy are as follows:
- increase in the efficiency of the Company and its reputation;
- establishment of a distributed infrastructure;
- provision of information security;
- transition to a platform model based on the QazTech cloud platform;
- development of Data Governance approaches.
The strategic vision is represented by the concept of "All Mobile, All AI, All Trusted", reflecting the desire to create a modern digital ecosystem that improves the quality of life of citizens and increases the efficiency of government processes. Each area has an important role to play in shaping an innovative and sustainable digital infrastructure that meets the challenges of the modern age.
