Did you know that nowadays Kazakhstani notarial system was designed by National Information Technologies JSC?

In 2009, to provide transparency of notary publics` activities, the single notary information system (enis.kz) was created where all Kazakhstani notary publics have a certain access to real estate register database to check the transactions made. 

In other words, since that moment notary publics had a chance to conclude sale/purchase agreements without hesitation as they obtained access to the database where they could check the availability of prior transactions for any property and so on. 

Over 4000 notary publics became available on the single resource.

Enis.kz is in open access and each citizen has an opportunity to check the following:

-  addresses, phone numbers and full names of all public notaries countrywide;

- phone numbers of employees from local justice bodies that administer notaries;

- contact details of local notary offices;

- check the status of request for property registration;

- check letter of attorney/canceled letter of attorney;

- check inheritance  case.
