It is now possible to apply online to become a certified state auditor via the eGov.kz portal

Auditors can now apply for a state auditor's certificate online via the eGov.kz portal. The new service is available to individuals and greatly simplifies the certification process, allowing you to submit all the necessary documents online and track the status of your application in real time in your personal account.
The state auditor's certificate is a document confirming the qualifications of an auditor authorized to audit the financial statements of public and private organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The document is issued by the National Commission, has a special level of protection and certifies that the candidate is qualified as a state auditor at the appropriate level.
To obtain a state auditor's certificate, you must submit documents and an application on the eGov.kz portal, go through an interview and have your qualifications confirmed.
To get the service, the user needs to:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and go to «For Businesses» - «Licensing and Accreditation» - «Accreditation and Certification»;
- select the service «Issuance of state auditor certificate» and click «Request Online»;
- specify an applicant's phone number and e-mail;
- select the certificate qualification and specify whether the user is a graduate of a foreign educational institution;
- attach an electronic copy of the education document with the transcript;
- attach a copy of the document confirming the change in personal details (if available);
- attach a copy of the employment record and click «Submit request»;
- sign the service using one of the available signing methods;
- service delivery result will be available in the personal account – «History of Services Received»
All stages of submitting an application, checking documents and receiving certificates can be monitored online via your personal account. The verification process takes approximately 6 months, after which the applicant will receive notification of admission to the interview or a reasoned refusal. In the event of a refusal, you will be able to resubmit the documents.
Ten working days before the interview, a list of eligible candidates will be published on the website of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, indicating the time and place of the interview. An SMS notification is also sent to users.
On successful completion of the interview, candidates will receive a notification in their personal account that they have qualified as a State Auditor and the certificate will be available electronically in QR code format.
The new service was implemented with the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
