«Taza Kazakhstan» service available in eGov Mobile application
The new «Taza Kazakhstan» service is now available in the eGov Mobile application for citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This feature allows any citizen of Kazakhstan to report on the landscape and ecological problems of their cities using a smartphone.
Using the «Taza Kazakhstan» service, the eGov Mobile app users can take photos of problems and send information to authorized structures for further resolution. It can be used to solve a variety of problems relating to the condition of roads, parks, driveways, lighting and the sanitary condition of public and private areas.
Once an application has been submitted, all the information is sent by a local executive body to the operator, who classifies it and appoints the executor. Depending on the application category, the time for the executor to complete the task is automatically set. Based on the results of the work performed, the executor provides feedback with a photo and a comment.
Upon completion of the application, the user can evaluate the quality of the work performed and view all the previously submitted applications.
Since the launch of the service, Kazakhstani citizens have submitted more than 1,500 applications via the https://tazaqazaqstan.kz / website and @TazaQazBot telegram bot. The integration of the service with the eGov Mobile application will make the application process even more accessible and user-friendly.
The new eGov Mobile capability was launched thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Ecology, the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Information Technologies JSC.
