Due to technical activities performed by "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation related to transition to a new system of the Single State Cadastre of Real Estate, real estate services won`t be available on eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app from May 5 to May 9.

All the types of services in the field of state registration of rights (encumbrances) to immovable property, registration of movable property that is not subject to mandatory registration and technical inspection of real estate objects will not be available on the eGov.kz portal and eGov Mobile app.

This means that it will not be possible to:

- draw a purchase/sale contract for housing with a notary public and make other transactions related to real estate;

- register the right of ownership for housing;

- make a pledge when buying an apartment in a mortgage, as well as terminate a pledge;

- impose legal claims and arrests;

- register in an apartment;

- make a technical inspection of real estate objects and call for a technician;

- request all information about the registration of real estate.

Also, the above services will not be available in the Citizen Service Centers on paper for the period from May 5 to May 9.

Acceptance of documents for registration and technical inspection of real estate will be suspended in the systems of notary publics, tax authorities, second-tier banks and enforcement agencies under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the stated time period.

It should be noted that on April 5, 2023, the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on digitalization of public services in the field of land relations" was signed. To automate delivery of public services in the field of land relations, "Government for Citizens" State Corporation is to launch the information system called "Single State Real Estate Cadastre".
