Thanks to Digital Documents service available at eGov mobile app, mobile operator customers might not provide original copies of ID documents at service centers to get services.

Today, those citizens who cannot provide an original copy of an ID document can get services at Beeline service centers. Now, customers can only have an e-Gov app (eGov mobile) installed on their smartphones. 

About 50 e-Gov vulnerabilities were detected and eliminated by the employees of National Information Technologies JSC (NIT JSC) under the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of RK. This was stated following the results of Bug Bounty national platform piloting by the independent cybersecurity experts from more than 10 countries. 

Using the Digital Documents service in the eGov mobile app, Otbasy Bank JSC customers can now get services using a digital ID document.

A digital document is a prototype of an original copy of an ID document.
