Today, the first conference of National Information Technologies JSC Trade Union took place where board members of the Local Labour Union had been elected among the Company employees. 

The following issues were considered during the event: 

1.  Approval of the Trade Union Statute.

2.  Election of the Trade Union Executive Committee.

3.  Election of the Trade Union Chairman and Secretary.

4. Election of the Trade Union Revision Commission.

5. Approval of Regulations on Primary Organization and Revision Commission.

Thus, delegates of the primary NIT JSC Trade Union organization unanimously selected Askhat Rakhimbayev, Director of Call Center Department, as the Chairman of the Trade Union. Nurlan Karimov, Director of Information Technologies Center in Nur-Sultan, was elected as the Trade Union Secretary. 

The Trade Union Chairman familiarized the participants with the Statute, Mission, plans for the future and major tasks set forth for the Trade Union. “I extend my congratulations with establishment of the Trade Union, which will enable active like-minded people to unite and promote common ideas, goals and to enhance social assistance of the employees” toldAskhat Rakhimbayev. 

Also, A.Rakhimbayev highlighted that the Trade Union is aimed at becoming an industrial one and uniting all the representatives of IT field willing to enroll.   

It should be noted that the Trade Union was registered on February 24, 2021 and its goal is protection of labour and socio-economic rights and interests of its members.Over 100 employeeshavebecometheTradeUnionparticipants.
