Ombudsman is an individual appointed by the Board of Directors, whose role is to counsel the employees, participants of labour disputes and conflicts and assist them in making mutually acceptable, functional and accomplishable solution with regard to provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including confidentiality undertaking, if necessary), to help settling social and labour issues both to employees and the Company, and also to ensure observation of business ethics principles by the Company`s employees.

Ombudsman acts pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, Regulation on Ombudsman of National Information Technologies JSC, and other in-house documents of the Company.

The basic principles of Ombudsman work shall be independence, neutrality and impartiality, confidentiality and informality.
