From now on Kazakhstani citizens will receive a new type of PUSH notifications. The messages notify in advance on expiration of a diagnostic technical inspection certificate.

The update enable reminding citizens on expiration of a document 30 days in advance. The received PUSH notifications will be available for viewing in the "Notifications" section of the eGov Mobile app.

If the mobile app is not installed, an SMS will be sent to a user with information on receipt of a new notification from 1414 with a link to download the mobile application.

Over three thousand technical inspection certificates which were issued with violation of technical inspection rules will be canceled. The violators will get an SMS from 1414 on the need to undergo technical inspection once more.

Based on the results of technical inspection certificates monitoring (period from July 4 to October 3, 2023) performed by the working commission, violations were detected on 3324 technical inspection certificates that have signs of a fictitious technical inspection in the form of photo editing (Figure – 1).

On October 13, an official visit of the Minister of Cabinet Affairs of the UAE, Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, took place.

Owners of residential buildings and facilities can obtain technical conditions for connection to gas distribution networks by submitting an application on the eGov.kz portal.

The service is delivered on the free-of-charge basis to individuals. To get the service on the Portal, one needs to fill-in all the required fields and confirm the information about registered titles and encumbrances at a specified address.
